A Classroom Class

  • 60 minutes, one of twelve seats
  • Their demo printer, not yours
  • Their date, their location
  • One generic curriculum for the whole room

A Layer-Point House Call

  • 90 minutes, just you
  • Your printer, your slicer, your failed prints
  • Your home, your schedule — evenings & weekends
  • Built around your goal from a free planning call
How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

01 · Repair

A quick call

Free, 5–10 minutes. Tell us where you're stuck and what you want to walk away with — or show us the problem over video before anyone drives anywhere.

02 · Educate

We come to you

Evenings and weekends, anywhere in the OKC metro. You stay in your own space with your own setup. No hauling a printer across town.

03 · Empower

You keep the results

Sessions end with your machine tuned and your next print running. Repairs end with a working printer and a receipt that matches the quote.

Why home matters

The best place to learn your printer is next to it.

Classes teach a machine you don't own, in a room you had to drive to. Everything we do happens where your printer actually lives — so every setting we change, every habit we teach, every profile we tune is still working for you the next morning.

  • Learn relaxed, in your own space, at your own pace
  • Your slicer configured on your computer — saved, and staying
  • Your real failed prints become the lesson material
  • Questions answered about your machine, not the class's

Schools & Nonprofits

Supporting our community. 25% off, always.

K-12 schools, teachers, librarians, and registered nonprofits get 25% off everything — sessions at $30, repair labor at $30/hr. That dusty printer in the corner of the STEM lab? That's literally our specialty.

  • Free diagnosis for everyone, always — teachers, librarians, and troop leaders included
  • On-site fleet service for classroom and library printers
  • Free community repair clinics and library workshops, announced seasonally
  • Ask about donated prints for local causes and youth programs

Tell us what your printer is doing (or not doing). We'll review it and reply the same evening with what's wrong, exactly what it costs to fix, and available evening times — before you spend a dime. Prefer to talk? Call or text (405) 465-0752.

Targeted Sessions · $40

Pick your problem. We build the session around it.

No fixed curriculum, no intro fluff. Every session is 90 minutes, in your home, on your printer — shaped by a quick call before we ever schedule.

Before every session — free planning call

5–10 minutes on the phone. Where are you now, what's frustrating you, what do you want to be able to do? Your answers become the session plan. If it turns out you need a repair instead of a lesson, we'll tell you that too — the diagnosis is free either way.

The Rate Book

Every price you see is the max. Most people pay less.

Like a good mechanic shop, every job has fixed book hours at $40/hr — and the number on this page is the ceiling. Easier machines book fewer hours, so your exact price (often the low end) comes with your free diagnosis, in writing, before we touch anything. If the job runs long, that's our problem — the price never moves up.

Diagnosis — always freeA quick video call or an in-person look at your home. Never a diagnostic fee, ever.
Max-price promiseThe listed price is the ceiling. Your written quote lands at or below it — never above — based on how your machine is built.
Parts at actual costReceipt shown. No markup, no mystery line items.
One trip, many jobsMultiple repairs in a visit each bill their own book time — never a second trip fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers, like our pricing.

If it's not covered here, call or text (405) 465-0752 — or send a free diagnosis request and ask anything in the notes.

Pricing & Payment

Yes — genuinely. A quick video call or an in-person look, no fee, no trip charge, no obligation. You'll know what's wrong and exactly what it costs before deciding anything. We do it this way because honest diagnosis is how we earn repair and coaching work.
Because machines differ. An open-frame printer like an Ender is fast to work on, so you pay the low end. Enclosed printers like a Bambu P1/X1 land mid-range. Complex machines — Snapmaker multi-function, toolchangers, custom Klipper builds — book up to the listed max. The max is a hard ceiling: your written quote never exceeds it, and if the job runs long, that's our problem, not yours.
No. Parts are billed at actual cost and we show you the receipt. If you'd rather order the part yourself and have us install it, that's fine too.
Card, cash, or common payment apps, at the end of the visit — after you've seen the result. The amount matches the written quote you approved before we started.
You pay nothing except parts you asked us to install. And if we misdiagnose something, the re-visit is free. Flat-rate honesty only works if the risk is on us — so it is.

Sessions & Coaching

Before we schedule, a free 5–10 minute call: where are you stuck, what do you want to walk away with? Your answers become the plan. Then 90 minutes at your home, on your printer — hands-on, at your pace. Every session starts with a free 15-minute health check and ends with your machine in better shape than we found it.
Just your printer, your computer if we're doing slicer work, and any failed prints you've been frustrated by — they make great teaching material. A kitchen table or garage bench with an outlet is all the space we need.
Returning customers get 60-minute follow-ups on the same topic for $30. New topic? That's just another $40 targeted session.
Absolutely — we love teaching families, and a parent or guardian just needs to be present for the session. 3D printing is one of the best STEM hobbies a kid can have.
Especially you. There's no class to keep pace with and no dumb questions — the whole session is built around where you actually are. If you just unboxed your first printer, our New Printer Setup gets you from box to first print with a full orientation.

Service & Logistics

Bambu Lab, Creality, Elegoo, Anycubic, Sovol, Qidi, Flashforge, Snapmaker, Prusa, and custom or Klipper-based builds. FDM (filament) printers are our specialty — if you have a resin printer, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for the issue.
The OKC metro in three zones: free within 12 miles, $10 for 12–22 miles (Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City), $20 for 22–30 miles (Norman, Guthrie, El Reno). One travel fee per visit no matter how many jobs we do while we're there.
Evenings and weekends — on purpose. That's when you're home and when your printer is actually misbehaving. Weeknights we route by area of town, so booking early gets you first pick of your neighborhood's night.
Never. We come to you — that's the whole point. No hauling a printer across town in a laundry basket. We work at your kitchen table, garage bench, or wherever your printer lives.
Usually, yes — we carry common parts (nozzles, tubes, belts, thermistors, heater cartridges) for popular machines. If your repair needs a specific part, we'll quote it at cost, order it, and return with no second trip fee.

Schools, Nonprofits & Community

25% off everything for K-12 schools, teachers, librarians, and registered nonprofits — sessions at $30, repair labor at $30/hr, diagnosis always free. We also service whole classroom fleets on-site. That printer gathering dust in the STEM lab corner is literally our specialty.
Yes — free community repair clinics and library workshops are part of the plan, announced seasonally on our Facebook page. We also donate prints to local causes and youth programs. A stronger OKC maker scene is the whole point.
